A new Pokémon Legends: Arceus The leak has appeared online, or more specifically, a series of leaks, weeks before the game’s scheduled launch. The last Pokemon The game will be out in less than a month, but there’s still a lot we don’t know about the Nintendo Switch game. That said, while we don’t have any new official details directly from Nintendo or Game Freak, we do have new unofficial details, courtesy of a prominent Pokémon leaker. Riddle Khu.
On Twitter, the notorious Pokemon The leaker passed on a number of new details, including the word that players will need to complete the Hisui Pokedex before they can catch Arceus, a feat that will apparently take quite a while. In addition to this, the leaker claims that there is a new stat system, no skills, no held items, and no replay. Unsurprisingly, these tidbits have fans divided.
However, the leak does not end there. Riddler Khu also reveals that players can only increase stats similar to LGPE (with candy); all legendary Pokémon battles are tough boss battles; and some Pokémon, in particular, will be very difficult to find. While none of this has been confirmed, it does have some Pokemon concerned fans.
“I understand that this is different from our traditional Pokemon experience, but it is really necessary to eliminate skills “, writes a fan of the leak. “Because for me I don’t see that it has a net negative effect on the game. As much as I enjoy LGPE, I really didn’t like its removal of retained items / abilities.”
“You have no skills or held items? Let’s go for how silly it was … I hope this is not the case here “, wrote another fan about the leak.
For now, it remains to be seen if any of the information above is accurate. In other words, until none of this is officially revealed or confirmed, take it all with a grain of salt.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus It will be released worldwide on January 28, 2021 via Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, and Nintendo Switch OLED. For more coverage on the next Pokemon game and all things Pokemon generally click here.
