Fortnite Chapter 3 Players are divided on a freshly leaked weapon that some players claim is designed for “casual” use. Epic Games is constantly adding new items and weapons to the game to keep the game fresh and continually evolve the meta. That said, it looks like the next addition to the game, a pistol that deals massive damage to buildings, was leaked early, courtesy of HypeX, a standout. Fortnite Data miner and leaker who found evidence of the weapon and attached information while searching the archives for a recent update.
“Epic [Games] we are working on an interesting rare weapon (possibly pistol type) that does a lot of damage to constructions, it is still very unfinished because the size of the magazine is not decided yet. ” said HypeX.
According to HypeX, citing information in the game files, the weapon fires a shot every two seconds, so it has a fairly slow rate of fire. To make up for this, he deals 75 damage and 113 headshot damage. Meanwhile, it deals 400 building damage. And it may only be viable when shooting in buildings because its five second cooldown could prove too long for most firefights unless you are a very accurate player and can serve the maximum game in each shot. That said, depending on the size of the clip, which we have no information about, its reload time may not be a concern.
While it remains to be seen how viable this weapon will be, assuming it is released, players are already divided. While naturally there are players excited about the leak, there are others who think this weapon will further mitigate the build and reward more casual players.

For now, take this filtration with a grain of salt. While all of this information is in the game files, it doesn’t change the fact that nothing is in the actual game yet, and when and if the weapon makes it to the final game, there could be stat changes. about.
