Homes in parts of Lichfield have been left without water due to a leak.
Engineers have been running tests to determine where the problem is in the local pipeline network.
It comes after residents experienced a loss of water supply and pressure overnight yesterday (December 26).
A spokesperson for South Staffs Water said:
“We are working to solve the problem in Lichfield.
“We are looking for a leak in the area and our engineers are on site conducting tests to pinpoint the location.”

Update: South Staffs Water says the leak was finally resolved in the early hours today. Residents they have been told water They may be discolored, so they should turn on the cold water tap until it clears again.
