For the last few months, users of the Dealabs forum have been able to properly filter the free PS Plus games, and it seems that they have hit the mark again. According to a new post on Dealabs, the free PS Plus games for PS4 and PS5 are Deep Rock Galactic, DiRT 5, and Persona 5 Strikers.
While this has yet to be confirmed by PlayStation, given the history of Dealabs users from the past few months, they are most likely right again. If the leaked games are correct, it looks like the free games lineup is pretty solid this time around. Last month’s games Mortal Shell and Godfall: Challenger Edition were two solid offerings and it looks like PlayStation is continuing that trend.

Free PS Plus Games For January Leaked Ahead Of Time
The success of the Game Pass has been the subject of much conversation within the gaming community and it appears that Sony could be working on a service similar to its green rival. The PS Now service, thus far, has been useful at best and leaves a lot of room for improvement. Sony is reportedly currently working on such a service and could be considering a launch in spring 2022.
The PS Plus subscription could come bundled with Sony’s supposed new Game Pass-like service, similar to the way Xbox Live Gold comes with a Game Pass subscription. PS Plus has been useful thus far as well, with some months’ free games being stellar, while others are pretty mediocre.
It will be interesting to see what Sony’s focus will be later in the console generation and whether PS Plus will go through major transformations to compete with Game Pass or launch an entirely new service.
