The Realme GT 2 Pro is scheduled to launch tomorrow and is one of the most anticipated smartphones from the company. The phone has been circulating in rumor mills for a few weeks now, and Realme has finally announced the launch date. Previous rumors indicated that the next smartphone would have a unique design with a horizontal camera arrangement. The firm has revealed official photos of the smartphone, although so far they only show the rear design. The front design of the smartphone has been shown in a recent leak and reveals an under-display front camera.
Realme GT 2 Pro tilted to present under-screen camera
According to a report from Gizmochina, the Realme GT 2 Pro will have an under-screen selfie camera. The Realme GT 2 Pro has incredibly small bezels on all three sides, as seen in reported live shots, and there is no drilled hole cutout on the side or center. According to the source, the phone would be available in two versions: one with a camera under the screen and another with a hole-punch camera on the front.
The GT 2 Pro will be the first smartphone in Realme’s product basket to feature under-display camera technology. Motorola has also revealed that a special edition Moto X30 smartphone with an under-display camera will be released.
Other than that, the source stated that the Realme GT 2 Pro will include a 2K display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display and brightness settings area also reveals that the device’s screen will support HDR. This, along with ‘Video Motion Enhancement’ or MEMC, should provide phone users with the perfect binge-watching experience.
According to previous rumors, the Realme GT 2 Pro would include a 6.8-inch WQHD + OLED screen with 120Hz update, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU and up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The front camera is believed to be of high quality, with a resolution of 32 megapixels. On the back you can find a triple camera array with a 50 megapixel main shooter. The phone is also expected to include a 125W fast charging capability. Finally, the phone is expected to cost around $ 799 (around Rs 60,000), which makes it an ultra-premium device. The official announcement, which is scheduled for tomorrow (9th December), will confirm these rumors.
