Only Banglalink, the third largest mobile operator in the country, met the provision of standard Internet services in the region.

BTRC prepared the report after conducting a comprehensive Quality of Service (QoS) assessment through a test drive at different locations in the Rajshahi division from August 29 to September 22, 2021.

The benchmarks for the 4G download speed test were 7 Mbps. In the test drive, however, the speed of Grameenphone, Robi and the state-owned Teletalk were found only 4.45 Mbps, 6.28 Mbps and 2, 58 Mbps respectively.
