XLRI Jamshedpur officials announced Sunday that the admission card for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), which will take place on January 2, 2022, can be downloaded from the official website.

Director, XLRI Jamshedpur, P. Paul Fernandes, said: “XLRI has been conducting XAT on behalf of XAMI for over 72 years across India to select the most suitable students for management education. Although it is one of the oldest competitive exams in the country, XAT has always kept pace with state-of-the-art testing methodology. XAT’s multidimensional testing framework strives to assess candidates’ aptitude for business management education in a meaningful way. XAT has a multi-pronged examination structure and built-in fairness to evaluate candidates aspiring to be future business leaders. “

Significantly, XAT is one of the top management entrance exams nationwide. Successful candidates receive admission to MBA and graduate management courses over the past seven decades on behalf of the Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI) and the exam will be conducted in online mode.

“The test will take place from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. XAT 2022 will accept applications for the XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi-NCR campus and a candidate can choose two preferred test cities for testing. More than 100 institutes (mostly Jesuits) are using the XAT score for their respective admissions processes, ”the statement read.

Candidates who have a recognized bachelor’s degree of a minimum of three years or equivalent in any discipline, and those who complete their final exam before June 10, 2022 are eligible to apply. All Indian candidates can apply for XAT 2022. However, NRI and foreign candidates can apply via their GMAT scores.

XAT 2022 will be held at 73 centers across India. Eastern Indian cities where the test would take place include Berhampur, Bhubaneshwar, Bokaro Steel City, Cuttack, Guwahati, Hooghly, Jamshedpur, Calcutta, Patna, Ranchi, Rourkela, Sambalpur and Siliguri.
